Laurel Hill Mansion combines history with elegance making it the perfect rental for those looking for a very special place to hold their event. The house creates the perfect atmosphere for small to medium-sized weddings, photography sessions, cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners, luncheons, corporate meetings, family gatherings, lectures, concerts or receptions. Guests will enjoy the beautiful view of the Schuylkill River, the lovely Georgian architecture and the beautiful interior, furnished in the popular styles of in the late 18th century. This combined with a setting in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park and
unlimited free parking makes Laurel Hill the right choice for most gatherings.

Indoor rental of the mansion includes access to 3 rooms on the first floor, foyer, and the back porch.

Room dimensions are as follows:

• Octagonal Room 34’ x 20’
  maximum seating in the Octagonal room is 70
• Great Room 19’ x 16’
  maximum seating in the Great room is 15
• Warming Kitchen 20’ x 12’
• Foyer 12’ x 8’
• Porch 38’ x 12’

Maximum people allowed inside the mansion at one time is 75, the maximum outside is 100.

Basic rental is for 70 people for 4 hours.
